I am enjoying my programme to the fullest. I have had the opportunity to develop new skills and apply them in a real work environment, which has been both challenging and rewarding. I am excited to continue growing and learning.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is really well organised; each month I have a learning componet to complete which helps me to keep my learning on track as well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel that I receive a good amount of support from my employer. My mentor is always available to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. I’ve had regular check-ins to discuss my progress and areas for improvement, which has been really helpful.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good level of support from my training provider while working towards my qualification. They provide clear guidance on what is expected and offer useful resources to help me stay on track. My leaning coach is available to answer any questions and provides constructive feedback on my work, which helps me improve. Regular check-ins and progress reviews also ensure that I’m staying on track. Overall, I feel well-supported and confident that I’m making good progress toward completing my qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification is helping me do better in my role. The knowledge and skills I’m gaining are directly relevant to my day-to-day tasks, allowing me to apply what I’m learning in real-world situations. Overall, it’s helping me grow both personally and professionally, and do my job more effectively.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I take part in the annual fun day, which is a great way to create good moments for employees. It’s a chance for everyone to relax, have fun, and bond outside of work. I enjoy being involved in making the day enjoyable for everyone, and it’s a nice way to contribute to a positive work environment.
