4/5
I really enjoy my program, sometimes it’s hard at work to get all of my off the job hours done due to not having enough staff but we are managing that a lot better now.

Yes, during my apprenticeship I have learnt a lot of new skills and I am developing more constantly.

Good support, it could be better at times I feel like sometimes they lack the knowledge surrounding the apprenticeship so it’s hard to get help but they do sit and help me find the answers and support me in that sense

So much! [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is absolutely amazing when it comes to helping me not only in learning but she helps with my confidence as well! She is an amazing teacher!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
So much better, since starting I feel like I have a better understanding of the business and what I am working towards whilst out on the shop floor.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
No however we are a very social team and we do get involved in a lot of charity events.
