Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Responding to emails, submitting deliverables in accordance with the contract, supporting the Project Management Office, attending progress reviews, developing and running reports, stakeholder and communications management both externally and internally
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The programme is good, the annual placement rotations enable to to build wider connections across the organisation and explore different opportunities. Sometimes it is difficult to manage the workload and expectations of wokring a full time job in an intense delivery role, alongisde university assignments and the apprenticeship.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, new skills are being developed all the time this can be done through online courses (Excel, LCM, Risk management etc). I also have the opportunity to attend masterclass and workshops internally when gaps have been identified.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme itself is structured well, however, the support is sometimes lacking due to the amount of apprentices on the scheme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
The support for older years is lacking from the employer and instead there is a relience on the years above who have coe out the other side of the scheme. This is likely due to the amount of appretinces compared to the EC management team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
There is a sufficient amount of support from the training provider when working towards qualificantions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
