Yes, developed time keeping and confidence. Learned a lot of technical skills and also theory knowledge

It is now well organised, it was slightly unorganised when I first joined but I know that they are looking at ways to improve it further

I recieve alot of support from my employer, my manager, apprentice officer and other colleagues

The actual degree program is not massively linked to the role, however certain aspects can help me perform better and give me the knowledge I need
