I work closely with a team within in the business for periods of 6 months working on various different projects using whatever software is appropriate to the task at hand.

I have developed my technical skills when it comes to certain application use, such as Excel and Tableau and have also improved my ability to work within a team and a large business such as BAE Systems.

Why?
I think that working with BAE systems gives young people a great career start, as there reputability holds me in good stead regardless of where I want to end up. If I wish to stay with the company, there are countless roles and opportunities.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Really try to apply any previous experiences to the questions especially in terms of how they show your ability to work effectively in a range of situations.
