Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I am currently fully employed on a full time none-apprentice contract, I opted into the apprenticeship as further education at a later date. Having full time responsibilities makes completing some aspects of the apprenticeship harder and others easier
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
Teachers do not have enough time to teach the material with only one day of college per week, with half a day per subject.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
2/5
Purely academic rather than practical, matlab for example

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
As said above, im already a qualified commissioning engineer so can't speak to the organisation of the in work programme. College is fairly well organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
Fair support balanced with role responsibilities
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Quality of lecturers/teachers has fallen off and many of them appear to be leaving the job. Individual support for reviews for onefile etc is good and the college has provided support for learning difficulties. Very much let down by the teaching quality atm.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
Unsure
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
No
