Customer service as a role is making customer experience a priority. Giving a top notch service and ensuring they are well satisfied and taken care of in order for them to come back next time.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed this program because it is a way to learn new skills and to gain more knowledge. My learning coach and my Mentor simply the whole process for me which makes it more enjoyable with less stress. They are very helpful and supportive leaders.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, have learnt new skills. Communication skills, Interpersonal skills. Skills that allow me give an excellent service to my customers. A skills that added more value to my company.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is well organised. There are resources available for learners. I have my off time the job learning which is set aside for learners to complete on CAMPUS for additional training, skills and development. The coach organises a meeting session in order to catch up on anything i do not understand.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been very supportive and helpful towards my learning. Sometimes it can be very tough to find time to learn at work especially when is a busy time for the restaurant. Asides from the busy period, all is going on well without with my team and employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider makes the online program easy. They make sure if there gonna be downtime in their services, they give prior notice so that you don’t miss out on your training.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I performed well in my role because of the skills i learned and i put them all together into my role. Also they provided me with some useful resources which enables me to make a difference in my learning process.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are other social activities I engaged with. I am part of charity team of RMHC RONALD McDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES. COMMUNITY SERVICE, CREW PARTIES. Etc.
