The lecturers are very engaging and supportive, and I have had great support from my colleagues.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
The apprenticeship has enabled me to further develop skills that I have already had, including finance and people management.
It has also allowed me to develop knowledge in areas I have not thus far has exposure to. These include project management, international business, and marketing.
Whilst learning in the classroom environment, I have also had the opportunity to utilise the new skills within the work environment.

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Aside from poor management at the commencement of the programme on the academic delivery side, the management of the programme has been effective.

I receive a great dela of support from my employer. They offer advice, knowledge, and flexibility around pinch-point during study periods.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive good support from my training provider, largely in the form of a dedicated coach.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I have learned a great deal of new skills whilst on the programme. Certain elements have given me greater confidence in dealing with staff within my team.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
My employer encourages me to take part in professional networking meetings, which has helped me build a portfolio of contacts that I can approach for advice.
