My job role involves hot work in difficult position, heat and the use of dangerous tools such as a 5/7inch Grinder, Cutting disk and a flapper. my role mainly involves welding.

i would strongly agree to learning multiple new skills and knowledge, before i started my apprenticeship i couldnt weld or know the first thing about it, now i can have a full conversation about it with anyone was would be interested in welding or anyone seeking advice.

Make sure to stay on target, make sure to have an understanding on their job role, and to research about Bae Systems.
