I move round various placemnets learning how to control the cost, shedule, quality risk and change of a project through working with various teams and colleagues

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The choice to start my apprenticeshipw as the best decsion I have ever m,ade and absoultely love what I am learning and doing

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gained a Project Managemnet Qualification, develped my adaptability, time keeping and organisation, not to mention my confidence

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I am the 5th intake of apprentices in my programme so can say it is running very smoothly and is always well organised with all of the right support in place

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5

There is a fully equipped and very cabable early careers and functional support team in place. I have never had an issue they couldn't solve

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel the support could be greater but they probably do what they have to. A lot of self-study and some self-teaching was required

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me a very good grounding and appreciation for my role and all of the elements that contribute to manageing a project

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I am a STEM ambassador and do a lot of outreach events for that, I often speak at conferences or take part in site visits and tours around the business. There are lots of social events to get involved in too
