Ive developed skills in reading technical drawings and being able to create complex models from reading 2D drawings.

I have learnt a wide range of knowledge inside college and in the workplace, with training involved. However, it can be a struggle to learn workplace skills when everyone in the workplace is busy and dont have the time to train us.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is a lot of support in Babcock, every single individual in the workplace have been very helpfull and easy to approach. Every question I ask, is answered with a wide range of knowledge and understanding.
