My role is based on submitting quarterly returns summarising the assets liabilities and a few specific items to the PRA.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am a big advocate of the apprenticeship programme and would recommend to anyone that can get onto it. The programme itself is enjoyable.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I constantly learn new skills both professionally like communication and delivering meetings to things that would are not proffesional such as investing and learning how to manage my finances.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

When I first started it was not the most organised I believe my cohort was the 1st of its kind. Now it has been established it is much better organised and ran.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received as much support as I need. And ask for. It is great to work for an employer who allows me to fully work and be praised under my own steam. .
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received the correct amount from Kaplan. I have had a few instances where I needed to reach out and they always make it clear the route to go down and get guidance.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There are but I have not been able to join due to not having time as to complete the qualifications.

Yes
Why?
Lloyds is a phenomenal employer. And has allowed me to do things I have never dreamed of. I started my role as a cashier and now am on track to be a chartered accountant.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
Just be yourself. Try and get your personality across. Once you are in Lloyds there is no stopping where you could go.
