Currently working on system requirements and scenarios but role can drastically change based on placement.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Program can be stressful and challenging at some points but overall is an enjoyable experience.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes being on different placement develops many different skills ranging from social to technical.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We've had some issues with the structure since starting the program but is improving with time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Our employer supports the program 100% and I feel our issues and concerns are listed too.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support and been increased since changing training provider but still has room for improvement.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The two aren't directly correlated meaning the knowledge gained from the provider isn't used in the workplace but the skills and experience gained have been useful. Such as learning how to work to a deadline and overall knowledge of electronics.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many different activities to do at such as socials, football, badminton, networking events, and many more.
