Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
On a daily, I am answering the phones to mainly trade customers, picking parts for technicians, dealing with retail customers at the counter, and helping service advisors with their jobs and putting parts on the WIPs given for cars that are due to come into the workshop.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I believe that my course is excellent, I am learning everyday and coming across challenges which is benefitting me with my work and my composure to do my work correctly.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have massively improved my confidence and my ability to speak to people. I used to be quiet, and making friendships in the office as well as getting used to what my job role is, I have gained confidence to speak to people more professionally.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My programme is fairly organised. As an apprentice, I am aware of any training I have coming up, and when I get to the training centre, everything is set up for me such as hotel, travel, food, etc.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer and colleagues are a massive help! At the start of my programme I was clueless, however with the help of everyone I believe I am up to date with everyone else's skills.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I believe that the coursework that my training provider has helped me in some way throughout my time, however we don't see them often, and id like to be more up to date with where I stand, how I'm doing, and what's next for me on the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I believe that what I am learning on the course will always help me, in everyday I'm working. This will be beneficial for my life outside of work as well which is a bonus.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
We have a 5-aside football team between parts and service, its a great way to get to know each other and team bond.
