Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the virtual internship and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
There was an induction on the first day morning and a closing on the last day afternoon. The rest of time was mainly about talking to actuaries of various grades from associates to directors. We also had meetings with partners as well. And there were intern training sessions about RMS, D&I, and deals, which were really helpful.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It is definitely beneficial for my long-term personal development.

I have developed my skills of communicating and networking. The programme is a little intense, especially on the second day. Some research in advance and quick reactions during the conversations could be advantages.
