Could do better with the first initial 16 weeks, learning about old Police batons was no beneficial, it was also very academic heavy which for some people can be overwhelming if they haven't been in education a while.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Some staff were amazing, others were not so and seemed to pick student Officers that they liked for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Northumbria Police were good at providing support, Northumbria University were not so great and seemed like a tick in the box exercise.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't believe it has given myself any "theory applied learning" to my day job.
