Teesside uni delivery of academic content is very good, they seem disorganised in the apprenticeship context and continually change the goal posts even at the very end of the programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A huge level of support and encouragement from my manager and the organisation in time and encouragement. They have gone out their way to assist my development and progression.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

support and guidance with the academic assignments has been very good. Direction and clarity on the apprenticeship aspects have been sporadic, disjointed and unclear.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Enhanced strategic thinking and application in practice. Stronger confidence in decision making skills and forward thinking but I feel this is more to do my application skills as opposed to my training provider
