Liaising with customers internal and external, booking them in, creating job cards, checking vehicles in.
in charge of Bodyshop Facebook page, daily meetings with office team.

yes, learned how to use multiple new computer systems, learning about different car makes and models, shadowing technicians in different areas of workshop

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

i have a college call with my tutor at least once a month to talk through my next task which i then work through in my down time most afternoons and send back over to him when complete.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support from my Manager and Mentor, both of which are very willing to introduce me to new things but also will help me anytime i am stuck with something.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my tutor is always willing to help me with the assignments he sets me. if i am struggling with something i can pop him an email and he will organise a teams call so we can talk it through together.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

my learning help me understand how to talk to customers that may have had a traumatic event in their vehicle during the accident, having empathy and sympathy and ensuring their voice is heard.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

i have been on one training course so far where i met people from different departments and i have been involved in a few team social events.
