i do and i dont as i feel we do way to much grinding during our time in the sask as i have been told by skills coaches or people on the shop floor

while shift is up in the air as to whether its staying i would say that is a massive bonus combining with the extra 20% pay you receive, and the fact you have a job for life with the deals bae systems keep getting
