We do various practice tasks that include burning, grinding and fabricating work pieces to gain the essential skills needed for a role.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program however some tasks can get very repetitive.

yes I've learned lots of new skills as previous to this role i had no experience doing this type of work.

Throughout the program the extraction in the workshops keeps failing which restrains us from continuing our work.

We get sufficient support from our employer, we can always ask for help on tasks if needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Didn't get a lot of support from our training provider, one of our sessions there was no tutor provided for 12 weeks.

I feel like a lot of the subjects we learn are not actually related to our role.

Yes there is the soap box. There is also visitors that come round that we get the chance to speak to.
