I thoroughly enjoy my programme, as it has gained me valuable experience that I would be able to get from traditional university

My programme is well organised into different placements, allowing for me to get a good idea of how many different areas of the business operate

I receive a lot of support from both my line managers as well as my coaches, who ensure that I am happy with my placements

The support from the training provider could be improved. I feel that some communication could be improved as it is sometimes late
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that there are some areas that help me in my role, such as documentation writing that is practiced in assignments. Furthermore, I feel that doing group assignments has helped my confidence, leadership skills and communication
