Depends on my placement - I'm currently in my second placement of four for my first year. COme in, review work I've been given, and attend any meetings/training. Talk to my colleagues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it. At the end of the day, it's still a job but i'm learning, being treated like an adult, and being paid.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I'm constantly learning new skills, and being put in positions where I can develop new skills, both on the job and in college.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Depends on my placement - some are fluid as that's how the work are and some are really rigid. Both are good. Weekly, however, I'm in college mon/fri, and wfh/in office tue/wed/thurs/
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Our college lecturers have generally be fantastic and easily reachable. Our GTG training (silver passport etc) was great.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Most of what i learn in my class applies directly to my job role.

Fantastic environment, competitive pay, upward mobility, lifetime company. Unending support. Safe environment even if you're different.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Take all of the application seriously - especially the video interviews. Really sell yourself.
