I enjoy all aspects of my programme i think it has helped me to develop a lot as a person and professionally.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes i have learnt lots of practical skills and knowledge.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It is organised pretty well for the most part but sometimes we are given late notice for things like where we are meant to be on enrichment weeks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have a lot of access to support but I choose not t use it as I don't feel like I need it but I know how to get it if I need it and my line manager checks in with me regularly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive lots of support as we have access to message them whenever we want for help and they often give us time to complete parts of our assignments during the lesson. Although some tutors are better than others at helping those who are struggling with the content.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel that my qualification often helps me to understand the reason behind some of the practices in the workshop and it also helps me to be able to do the maths needed.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
