My role included HR administrative task such as budget tracking, raising purchase orders, planning and facilitating large company events, attending carers fairs and conferences, and recruitment of other trainee roles.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme to great extent. It has allowed my to grow in confidence and settle into the corporate world well.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. I had monthly 121's with my apprenticeship tutor that were always organised before my current session was finished.

I receive lots of support. Work in a great team where everyone's workload is supported.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots. My tutor allowed me to have extra sessions with her in order to practice my presentation skills, go over any weak areas and just general advice
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

During my qualification i learnt lots of new Business and HR principles that i didn't not know before. therefore once learnt i could take these and apply them to my day to day role
