I work with operations and engineering to find the best route to manufacture the designs solving problems making operations' life easier
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy it significantly, i have great support from my placement as well as the early Careers team with exciting and new placements every 6 months giving me a good overview of the whole business and department

yes i have developed great communication skills as well as organisation looking at different tasks and multitasking

it is structured well placements and managers are announced with good notice allowing time to transfer

i receive numerous options to access support with skills coaches as well as monthly sessions with different groups as well as support from line managers

i can get support with additional time to work on qualifications as well as getting day release and travel arrangements made
