Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Different Roles every 6 months - Buyer role, using different IT systems. Team meetings. Planning role, planning customer demands. Value role, supplier calls and interacting with internal/external stakeholders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I would say I really have enjoyed my programme.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Developed both personal and professional skills - Clear communicator, confidence, problem-solving, time-management, managing projects and resilience.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I could say that the programme could be more organised, more planning with exams and contents. I would say the placements have been organised, however we could know our next placements within more time. (Finding out 2 weeks before/1 week - doesn't give time to plan)
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive support from all managers I have had and feel comfortable to raise anything.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Definitely received support, however I could receive a more concise answer when I ask on course content/exams/qualifications.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Course content - This is relevant to my role and gives an understanding of my placement roles and also an awareness of other areas I may not come into contact with. This gives a good understanding of BAE full supply chain.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
STEM events and good opportunities - Volunteer at air shows. I have contributed to open events, inspiring others to apply for supply chain. Also, I have attended professional networking events to see what other roles there are.
