How well organised/structured is your programme?

Placements are well organised and so is college. There is a good amount of flexibility to the programme depending on how different stuff works out.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel relatively independent for an apprentice however if I require help with anything I can ask my manager and receive help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Good. Any questions I have are answered and the expectations of us are made clear.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Qualifications are very relevant to our job in terms of understanding the theory.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have attended a few apprentice networking type events within work time. There is not any extra curricular clubs or teams.

Why?
From my experience as an apprentice they treat you well and are willing to get you trained even if that comes at a significant financial cost. The workplace in general is very pleasant and everyone I have met is very nice.
