Overall i would consider everything that is offer very valuable there is a lot of responsibly and trust give within the job side of the apprenticeship and a lot of responsibility throughout university as well, i cant fault it to this point
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

In my personal experience i very much enjoy my apprenticeship and would recommend to anyone interested

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned a countless amounts of new skill, from online programs to management skills there hasn't been a day I haven't actually learned nothing.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Extremally well structure, every apprentice is assigned a new placement manager every year and are provided a buddy at the start of the year to help ease you into the apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A significant amount if you want it i have had some issues with personal circumstances and the employer have been very accommodating
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider (Blackpool and the Fylde collage) are very temperamental, the event that the organise when we are on campus are very well structured however I feel learning is very limited when online
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It offers a wide range of skills, offers a good pay packet and allows you to exit into a large experienced company with 5 years experience

Be confident and do your research especially for project management and control roles.
