I am based in a team which handles software work other departments cannot so we get given part of their work. What I do is mostly visual based, such as making digital displays

Yes, I have developed many skills, such as my basics in maths and English. Additionally my proficiency with computers has increased and I have learn more languages. I am now also more familiar with repositories

They treat you well. Flexi time is an amazing boon. I enjoy my current placement and have learnt a lot
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
BAE does not only employ off of academic capabilities, but also largely to how you present yourself and your work ethics. Coming across as a hardworking person who is ambitious and could work in teams is arguably more important that your academic grades.
