Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

my role is to attend a dsum disscus issues and work flow and our overall health.
be assigned a task and make up my hours in a day.
complete work to standard and pass QC.
clean workspace and keep on top of good house keeping.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoyed it quite a bit there would be things i would of chosen to of done differently but still enjoyed the process.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

learnt hand eye coordination, social skills and progressed my grammar and spelling.
learnt how to work on financing and roles at work and came out with level 3 engineering from collage. and learnt how to weld shape and form material.

id say it is better than most but still could go about some things differently.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

as much i would need as their is many things in place to assist me when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

one to one training wasn't really possible but learning things by observing and taking in new information from more experienced trades people is how i learnt more.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i am more comfortable in my role due to my team leaders and trades persons challenging me so i can be more competent.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

BAE put their workers through many courses to learn from and help understand Health and safety more in the work environment and how important it is.

the business is very good to find a role that suits you as a person and is very progressive in it all, so there isn't a point where you have hit the peek, if you work hard and push yourself to do better your efforts is noticed.
