I really enjoy my programme, it is a role I've wanted to go into from a young age and I find the work on my project fascinating along with the company itself having an amazing culture.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my proficiency using Inventor software for my designs as it is a software I'd used previously, also gained skills with presenting my work and justifying my design choices along with generally an improvement to my social skills.

Very well, I've had very little confusion etc with regards to what I'm supposed to be doing at a given time.

Great support, specifically both my manager and mentor check in with me frequently offering support and suggestions for next steps and professional development without being overbearing.

It is made clear that support is always available from tutors at my training provider.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
