On placement in the business gaining hands on knowledge of skills and information needed to complete manufacturing tasks to increase my knowledge and competency. Watching mentors do their job and then they shadow me doing it.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think the apprenticeship is good, slight areas of improvement. I don't think apprentices should be on days as long as the skilled workforce, especially college.

Personally, I think some aspects of the curriculum are completely irrelevant to the apprenticeship, but some aspects of the L3 do relate to the job and are useful

Yes - I am STEM ambassador, lots of external/internal events through this. I am also due to travel abroad with the company

Overall good apprenticeship, guaranteed roles, pension, shares, pay etc. Good company to work for

Don't rush the application, include as much relevant info as possible.
