currently working towards my level 2 mon-wed, learning and developing new skills across multiple aspects of engineering including machining, fitting and mechanical maintenance. On Thursdays I work towards level 3 joining online classes

yes I have learnt completely new skills in engineering as I started with no previous knowledge or experience. I had basic manufacturing understanding in regards to lean principles and continuous improvement.

I think its quite well organised, few communication issues at the start due being on a different sector than the college. some things we learn is air based when we are land based

we had a week in the lake district at outward bound doing team based outdoor activities. i believe radway have a football team and golf meets
