I am training to be an Investment Manager in the Asset Management Team, my daily tasks include liaising with design engineers, land consents managers and delivery teams to plan projects and ensure that investments are being carried out on the network as efficiently as possible.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have greatly improved my decision making skills and confidence. I have learned a great deal about how our distribution system operates and am able to make informed decisions on projects.

It is well structured, I sometimes have to take the initiative to find out information I need and have to look for work but this is expected and I receive enough support.
