Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
The work I do can vary day to day, a normal day would involve carrying out testing on the FSLI's assigned to me for the engagement im on, also I have regular meetings with my team to update them on progress, with the occasional call with a client
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The programme is a very good introduction to working on a job in audit, its interesting learning about the process and visiting client site, but sometimes the jobs are a very ow skill level, whcih cane become repetitive.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
The main skills that I have developed is my excel skills and using software involved in the audit process, also my ability to write formal email and passages has improved

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very well structured, clear timeline and purpose
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lots of support, during the placement you are assigned a connected development who oversees everything you do and is constantly bout to provide support for you
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
The training process wasn't the most effective, it took 4 weeks in a classroom like environment where the training wasn't very tailored to the work we carried out whilst on placement
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It helps a lot with definitions which give you a better understanding of the vocab used within the office, however in terms of the actual work, there is some stuff which you can only learn whilst being on the job
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Seems to be a fair few stuff going on, I've been involved in playing 5 aside at work and its very well run.
