Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I have online University sessions every other Monday and I use Friday as a consolidation day for University work and progress towards my EPA. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I focus on placement work. The placement team switches every 6 months. Depending on the team's specialisation, that fills up majority of my week. For example, I work on different interfaces dependant on the placement team and try to accomplish tasks required of me.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed on my communication skills due to the level of communication required when working with teams and reporting to other people within the organisation. Plus, I have worked on time management skills due to the issues I work on having deadlines. In addition to this, I have started to take initiative as it is required at certain stages.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

As my course has been established pretty recently, the programme has a few kinks but will be ironed out as more and more cohorts go through.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is always there if needed and it is encouraged to reach out to support. Allows for comfortability in knowing support is always available.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A fair bit is provided from the training provider. They keep interacting with us to keep us updated on what we need to be working on/towards.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

You can get up to networking events, helping out at open events and attending conferences regarding certain subjects. Plenty of stuff is offered, you just need to reach out.

Be confident, know your stuff about the organisation and the course you are applying for. Be yourself and do not stress or be nervous.
