Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis I shadow different engineers on jobs and tasks around different engineering areas around site.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much am enjoying the program I am on! As it has shown me the amount of diverse roles within engineering.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through out my time in the apprenticeship so far I have gained may new skills like soldering, general electrical and electronic theory and use of equipment and tools.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program was laid out and planned so first year was at training centre, second year is on site and on placement rotation between the different engineering department and final year is spent in one department learning the job role.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

If you need support then I it very easy to reach out and ask for it and you will be guided to the correct area to get that help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

You can receive help from the training centre however, sometimes it can be difficult.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification is linked to the role as it provides a base level knowledge into the roles seen on placement rotation.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are loads of extra curricular activities and groups top get involved with on site wither it is a sport groups or social activity.
