there is room for improvement. communication issues and inconsistencies from skills coaches which cause unnecessary stress and confusion amongst apprentices.

for the Majority of the programme it is well structures, the only times it falls into disorganisation is when unqualified individuals with poor judgement skills have their imput.

I would say that 60% of the qualification is relevant to my role, the other 40% does not apply.
