Electrical wiring skills along with plc programming skills as it is different from my previous profession of a software engineer

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Sometimes it is well structured. Othertimes there have been problems. For example an assignment brief was changed a week before the deadline. We were given an extension however half of the assignment I had already done had to be deleted as it wasn't needed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
