Initially started very unorganised in relation to the college/educational side of things. Besides that, tends to have a structured plan for most things.

Understand the details of the role deeper before applying to make sure it is actually what you are looking for. Understand there is a huge change in the environment for young people/coming straight from college in respect of the working environment and social aspect when starting your career.
