As previously mentioned, my scheme is structed in the sense it allows us to rotate so we can get exposure to different areas and gain experience to achieve our goals, both current and further down our career path.
We have been provided with a full, detailed plan of KSB's, college days and learning opportunities.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

4/5
Very well - it provides us with a full learning plan to be able to consume the knowledge applied within our work setting.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
