The program is pretty well organised on paper, but sometimes people can have trouble getting placements as there some departments just don't have room for an apprentice. But most of the time people know what they're doing.

4/5
We receive lots of support both inside and outside of work. They provide people to talk to and we each have skills coaches to support us.

Good amount of support, we each have an assigned skills coach who can help us with progressing in the apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
I feel the qualifications help in performing better in my role has been limited so far, but this is likely due to only being 6-7 months into the apprenticeship.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
We have group chats within the different departments and me and some of the other apprentices have a 6 aside football team at the moment.
