I really enjoy being a Supply Chain Apprentice, I like the placement work and the college work that I have to do and find it very interesting and can't wait to continue learning new things and developing new Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills having coming straight from school so i have learnt a lot of new skills that are required in the workplace such as: time management, collaboration, communication, public speaking and problem solving.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think my program is well organised an example of this being given our Training Days far in advance which helps me organise my calendar around them so that nothing over laps

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I think i am well supported in my role from the training team to my placement team, i know that if i ever need any help with anything there will always be someone there to assist me.
