My role changes, we have a set number of placements giving us a taster of all the different types of business and engineering conducted within the business, generally involves looking and re arranging data and checking/reading documents.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my placement a lot due to the variety of engineering aspects we see and get to experience

Yes developed IT skills and being more open and able to conduct meeting and presentations

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is constantly updating and being finished hence this is something that could be worked on

Regarding support there is always someone to talk to and the speak up culture it vastly pushed to help each other and others
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Unfortunately the support is not very helpful as it can take a while to get a reply
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As of yet we have not used any of the ideas taught within the working working environment
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are social activates but not set up through work, there are some things around but not through work more through people wanting to hang out after work

To think outside the box but also they understand you are human, just be yourself.
