Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Consists of working on problems, networking with other employees, and learning about the area I'm in. I have an overall project that I've been working on and it should be worked on even after i have moved into a new area of the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
So far, so good. I've been enjoying working with my fellow apprentices and learning from other employees within the business.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt about a lot of different software's and ways of working which has help develop my learning and continuous improvement.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I feel the structure is clearly set out but due to there being a lot to remember sometimes a lot of the information is repeated.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer provides more than enough support, and I feel I could go to almost anyone and find out an answer or gain some help on a problem.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
My training provider is ok. I feel some of the resources used are sub par and a lot of the modules feel underexplained. But I do understand the element of university being to go away and learn it for yourself.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
So far, I haven't really had the opportunity to use any of my knowledge gained at University, in the workplace. I'm assuming as I progress further into the apprenticeship this will change however, as some of my work will hopefully become more technical.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
I feel there is quite a lot, especially with some of the clubs and events I've heard off. More than enough to choose from.
