Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Five annual placements, in different areas of the business. Work consists of both project control and project management activities including scheduling, risk and opps management, cost control and resourcing etc. It really depends on which areas of the business you are placed in.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I would recommend the programme however would preface this by saying that it is a challenging apprenticeship and enjoyment heavily depends upon the quality of each individual placement

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Fairly well organised/structured. Many improvement have been made since I joined the programme and feedback is always listened to

Lots of opportunities for social activities and professional networking events. I have been involved in several stretch projects since joining the programme
