Bae is very well structured and they know everything that’s going on however the college side we sometimes lack tutors but it hasn’t stopped me from completing work

We receive regular feedback sessions from bae and I feel they are here for us if we have any questions

Yeah we revive regular training skills like working at heights and confined space training

In the future bae offer site tours to new apprentices which is beneficial for your apprenticeship and get your name more known in the business
