Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

We have 3 days on section, then one FE day, the section changes roughly every 4-6 weeks in which you will be taught new objectives such as CAD and fitting to electronics.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme quite a lot, its good to learn again and the staff here are really friendly and accommodating when needed.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed existing skills from coming from a mechanical background, i have also learnt a lot of new skills that will help me in the business.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say the programme is well organised, every now and then there may be a mishap such as a overlap but nothing that would be detrimental to us.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

When I have needed support from my employer I have always received it. I cannot fault my employer when it comes to supporting their staff.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I would say we receive a good amount of support when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training we receive is suited to the roles we are going in the business for so the qualification will benefit that.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
