Completing tasks and work on different units to give me a broad understanding of skills used within the business. I get to enhance my job specific skills with specialisation placements as well as getting an understanding of the skills others require for their role.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Each day is enjoyable, being tested and learning keeps me engaged on my course as well as being paid in the process. The combination of these things makes work life engaging.

I have learn many different physical skills in terms of tools use and manufacturing techniques. I also have developed my communication skills as i have talked to new people in my cohort, as well as representing BAE on their open events.
