I have gained a number of new skills ranging from advancing my teamworking abilities, learning how electrical and mechanical machinery function and how business functions overall
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel it is structured very well however there are areas where i feel the work could be improved upon as communication can fall apart between the apprentices and admin teams easily and there are parts of the curriculum that are similar to the point of me repeating myself constantly. Such as BIT in the workshops learning and OEI in the further education section.

There are a number of extra curricular activities i am aware of however i am not a part of these at the minute
